Hello,
I need help choosing the best controller for my application. We will be building a DCM flyback. Coupled inductor turns ratio is 1:10. Small size and low cost are essential. Prefer a controller with an integrated switch for size and cost reduction.
Vin = 3.3V, Vout = 210V, I load, about 10 mA.
Max expected SW node voltage is 210/turns ratio = 210/10 = 21V. Max expected peak current into the switch about 1 - 1.5A. Average current, less than half of that.
Any reason why we can't use some of the boost controllers such as the LM2733 or LM64010 which are not listed specifically for flyback?
Thank you very much for your support!
