Part Number:AM4376
Hi Team!
My customer is using the AM4376 on 6 of their NPI programs that are scheduled to release to mass production later this year.
They have recently received prototype boards for one of their designs and are wondering if there are some ways to reduce power dissipation without impacting CPU performance.
They have the AM4376 running at 1GHz internally and 266 MHz at LPDDR2 and they noticed that surface temperature of AM4376 reached to 70C, i.e. ~35C above ambient (25C).
They have a few subsystems/features not used (see the list below).
Can they turn them totally off and save some power?
If not, do you have other suggestions that might help reduce the power consumption of the AM4376?
Please let us know what further information would be needed to help provide feedback.
Thanks!
