Our board have four DDR3 chips ,two are in DDR0 channel and two are in DDR1 channel.
The chip's model is MT41J64M16JT, So the total memory is 512MB. I Modify the memory according to the EZSDK_Memory_Map.
But when it boot up the uboot syslog is:
