TPS54561 is used to create a 13V, 5A regulator, Vin is 48V.
With a load of 5 ohms (2.6A), the output voltage measured about 13 VDC with a ripple of about 3V. The inductor current shows to top waveform below, and the switching output shows the bottom waveform below. I checked the component selection and everything is per Webench results. I have also checked for shorts under the device.
What could cause such failure?
The ripple is not present under light loads.
