Part Number:TPS659037
Team,
My customer is using our AM5728 and TPS6590376ZWSR. They are running into some issues:
We believe we may have an issue with the PMU in our design. The issue lies in the power up sequence and we are wondering what the effect is on the ARM processor. The following lines according to 5-1 Power up sequencing has VDDSSHV1, VDDSHV2, VDDSHV3, VDDSHV4, VDDSHV5, VDDSHV6, VDDSHV7, VDDSHV9, VDDSHV10 and VDDSHV11 coming up later where we have them coming up ahead of all other lines. Are you able to confirm if this is in any way damaging the ARM processor. We do see the initial power up of the processor and while trying to boot from an SD card the processor is optimizing for the clock frequency but it seems to hang after this point. Is this a result of the bad power up sequence…….
Thanks
Viktorija
