DM8168 PCIe Endpoint

I follow the manual to operate,and I used with Broadcom NetXtreme BCM5751 based Gigabit Ethernet Controller card as a PCIe Endpoint.

I bought a total of three BCM5751.

But I can't ping with pc or other devices.
