I am using DVRRDK 3.0 and is trying the effect of different paramters in the Decode link.
I tried changing the time stamp parameter of the dec_disp demo and see that the video become slower as I increase the timestamp,
which is the same as what I expect.
And it still looks ok when I change the timestamp from 33ms to 500ms.
But when I further change it to 1000ms, for trying 1 fps video.
Either no video is seen, or it just keep showing one frame as if it is paused.
Why is this happening? is there other parameters (e.g. frame rate) that need to be change in dec, swms or display?
