ISO124: Possible Documentation Error ISO124/Datasheet

Hello all,

The datasheet for the ISO124 device shows on page 3 DVA package 16 pins and the NVF package 28 pins but the mechanical data sheet shows the DVA as 28 pin page 26 and the NVF as 16 pins page 27.
What is the correct pinout for DVA and NVF?
