66AK2H06: FCBGA vs. S-PBGA packages

Part Number:66AK2H06

There are two different package drawings on pages 350 and 351 of the spec sheet referencing the FCBGA and S-PBGA.  All orderable part numbers are in the FCBGA.  Both reference the "AAW" package designator.  

Can you confirm these are in fact the same package?  If different, can you please advise of the differences?
