Tool/software: Code Composer Studio
When setup CCS V6.2 of offline packet on win7 64bit OS， I met an error：

And I tried to setup diffent version of CCS， such CCS V6.1， CCS V7.0 on the same commputer， the similar error occured when setting up.
Is there something wrong with OS？
and how can I resove the matter？
