TMS320DM8148: SD resolution (PAL) scaling issue

Hi All,

We are using DM8148 based customized board. In which we are using EZSDK 5.2.

For our particular use case we want to scale down SD (PAL) resolution. 

We have achieved this use case by doing Field by Field capture and telling DEI that it will receive progressive resolution of half frame size.

Which is working fine. The issue is scaled output seem to be blurred compared to original video even we do every little scale down.

Example:

Let's say we are providing PAL resolution (720x576) as an input. Field size is (720x288).

Now even if we do (704 x 288) scaled down still we are getting blurred video compared to original one.
