customer's requirement

Is there any device that can operate under the following condition?

・Vin: 5.4V
・Vout: 2.6V
・output load: 0.35A(MAX)
・fsw: 3MHｚ
・Ta: 125℃

I would like to confirm if my customer should select DCDC controller in this case.
