RTOS/TMS320C6657: Using STM to transport UIA messages

Dear TI Support Team,

I am interest to transport UIA messages via STM. I found your Wiki entry for UIAcTools. Unfortunately the tutorial is not complete and I can not find a link to the download of UIAcTools.

Please would you give me a hint how it works and where is the download for UIAcTools?
