I need to design a flyback converter. I think that I want to do it with a controller similar to the LMR62421, but I need help in choosing the best possible controller for my situation. You offer many different controllers, and the LMR62421 was simply an initial possibility.
I do not need DC-DC isolation. My application is really for a boost, but the step-up ratio is too large (Vin=3.3, Vout=210), and for that reason, I think the voltge gain would be better accomplished using the transformer action of the flyback.
My load current is rather stable and smallish (about 5 mA). The power is then about 1W (200V*5mA). Tiny size is also of the utmost importance, as this product is going in a cell phone.
