Part Number: TPS1H200A-Q1
The datasheet explains this feature pretty well (and Figure22 is great), but missing a key description point. What is the thermal time-constant that the 60 degC swing has to occur within in order for this thermal swing fault to be activated? For example, if device takes 10 seconds to heat up from room temperature to 60 degC + 10 degC (hysteresis) then expect the fault not to be activated. But if this temperature swing occurs say... sharply within a 1-2 secs, then maybe it will (and output shut down as a result). The delta Temperature is described, but the delta time is not. I assumed 1-2 secs, but that was an estimate. Could you clarify? Many thanks...
