INA331: Input impedance reference

Hi Amps Team, 

I have a fairly simple question about the input impedance spec of the INA331( and TI's amplifiers in general): 

I wanted clarity that the impedance spec on the input was in reference to ground and not the differential impedance across the inputs. Is this correct?
