BQ78350-R1: Problem in importing .gg file in bqstudio

Greetings,

We are using bq7694001 as AFE and bq78350 as companion controller and bqstudio for monitoring provided by TI.

First we updated the firmware to bq78350 R2 and tried to import the file of .gg format to the data memory.The file which I was trying to import is already saved file in C drive

I followed the following procedure to import the file:

Click on IMPORT-->Selected the file-->ok-->Write All-->waited for one minute-->Read all

After following the above procedure I saw the default settings in the data memory instead of the settings made by me.My question is,why am I unable to write into data memory.

I hope I will get a reply at the earliest.
