UCC28780: Figure 34: Relationship between IVSL and current out of CS pin

In the datasheet, Figure 34 shows that for an IVSL above 966μA, VCST(OPP) does not change:

This appears to be the case even when ROPP is greater than 0Ω. Does this mean that the current sourced from the CS pin does not increase, even when IVSL continues to increase? We have been observing that for increasing input voltage, the OPP threshold continues to decrease, even when IVSL is higher than 966μA. This would indicate that the current sourced from the CS pin follows IVSL regardless of OPP threshold.
