20-Series Battery Management Module Reference Design：the voltage at the gates of DSG MOSFETs is about 7.7V(DSG_B≈12V).Is too low for mosfet? And the volgage at gates of DSG MOSFETs will be lower (10V-4.3V=5.7V)when cell is below 2V(VCX=2V*5=10V)。So there is a better solution？
