Dear team,
The DS90UB941AS-Q1 will occasionally appear black screen when my customer used it. This fault happens on many devices, not only one device. When the fault occurs, the 0x0f register will change from 0x03 to 0x19. When reset the device, and 0x0f=0x03, then the fault disappears.
The code associated with 941 is as follows,
1. Initial configuration is performed during the BootLoader phase.
2. The Kernel part touch driver reads the touch coordinates through i2c.
I don't understand why the register will change, because in the 941 code, the customer only sets the initial value of the 0x0f, then there is no other commends to change 0x0f' value.
Could you please help analyze why this register will change?
