Part Number: SN65DSI86
Hi teams
My customer encounters an I2C abnormal communication issue during using SN65DSI86.
The I2C communication voltage level is only 1.2V which should be 1.8V during normal operating conditions.
I found before this issue happen customer have wrong power-off sequence.
They keep the EN pin active level but power off VCCIO pin 1.8V and VCCA 1.2V during the monitor standby.
After the monitor exit standby mode, the VCCIO/VCCA power up again and the issue happened occasionally.
The customer follows the datasheet requirement to modify the power off sequence the issue solved.
But they want us to confirm this issue root cause is lead by wrong power-off sequence to make sure it won't happen again.
According to your experience, customer original power off sequence will cause this issue or not?
