TMS320F28075: How can we write bootloader to external flash via "TMS320F28075" using JTAG interface

Hi,

We are using "TMS320F28075" micro controller in our design. It is connected to a 4MB external flash memory using serial interface(SPI). I would like to write the bootloader to the external flash memory via micro controller. Can i write the code into the external flash via  "TMS320F28075" using JTAG interface? 

If yes kindly suggest us a suitable JTAG emulator.

Is there any other way which i can flash external memory and how?

Please share any reference board which has the above mentioned implementation using TMS320F28075
