Error in CCSv5 Setup

I downloaded CCSv5.2.1.00018 and attempt to run the Setup executable. The program fails to complete failing at about 20% into the setup with the following error message. "Error in action ExecuteExternalProgram: couldn't execute "SetupInCCSnRegister.exe": no such file of directory ...

I get the error regardless if I attempt to download CCSv.5.2.1 or CCSv.5.3.

Any suggestions?
