Hi,
Using the DRV8824 odd current behavior is being observed.
looking across the current sense resistors with a scope at ISENA (or ISENB) the voltage increases and as the voltage crosses zero the voltage flattens out briefly then continues to rise until the current limit is reached and the output chops normally. While the voltage across the current sense resistor flattens out, the corresponding bridge output turns off. Scope shot is attached
All of the input control signals and are all clean and at a steady state, except of course for the Step signal.
AVREF and BVREF are also clean and stable, as are VMA and VMB and all are decoupled accordingly.
CP1 and CP2 and VCP are terminated with capacitors according to the data sheet.
