CC2640R2F: Help to develop central plus peripheral role in CC2640R2F

Hi, 

currently I am working on CC2640R2F, My application is receive data from battery operated device (BLE) to This (My)Device and Sent Data from My device to Mobile APP.

I mean first work as peripheral and then work as central in same device (multi role)                                     

(1) is that possible in memory CC2640R2F to both work without using HCI..??                                                                                                                 

(2) Can i use BLE 5.0 or code size limitation..?? i can use 4.2 BLE..                                                                                                                                               

(3) which example code i should prefer..?? please Guide
