To find the PLL (with VCO) could give output chirp whose frequency range is larger than at least 1GHz

Hi, I wanna get a PLL device:

1. Its output frequency range is over 1GHz.

     For example, when external input is from 20MHz to 40MHz with 500us period. Then the output chirp will be from 1GHz to 2GHz when N=50.

2.It has evaluation board and external input choise.

3.It has intergrated VCO.
