CCS/SM3320-BATT-EV: detail for mppt way of sm72445

Hello everyone,

I bought two pick sm3320 , one for original setting, another for programming. I had some questions to ask.

1) I just want to use it to track the MPP of panel for output.(not for charging battery), Is it possible?

2) Datasheet included register about pic16f722 and sm72445, but it didn't tell us how to track the maximum power (just know it is Perturb and Observe algorithm method.), something like to code or detail of dv/dt(Variation).

And, if we was doing MPPT lead to the panel voltage(Vin) lower than work voltage of SM3320?(I-V curve)

3) In original case, can I believe and measure it tracking in MPP of solar panel? (I simulate it with software, not an actual panel.)
