Hi TI team,

i would like to understand how to read a CC2640 part using JTAG

i have two scenarios

1.  first time accessing the device i am able to read the ICE pick IDcode  and the  JTAG code.

But after flashing the application code and letting it run.

2. i use the same routines as above but  i am only able to read ICE Pick ID code . i cannot read the JTAG ID code And, the subsequent read operations fail

so , can you please explain the details step to read the part using JTAG. i already had a look at  the chapter 5 in the refernce manual. it didnt help me.

Please help me, resolve it. it is a high priority job on my side
