XTR111 - MOSFET leakage current

Hello

For a very precise 0..20mA current-transmitter I am planning to implement a XTR111 according to figure 47 of the datasheet. In order to fulfill the the hard offset requirements (+/- 2uA !), I am still searching for a matching MOSFET, which would have a low enough leakage-current at a ambient temperature af approx 75^o C. Would you possibly be able to recommend a suitable type ?
