CC2640R2F: OAD persistent app mode iOS need to restart Bluetooth

Hi Team,

When use persistent OAD app + customer app mode, every time when device re-start from customer app to persistent OAD mode, as we know, iOS buffers device service information, and could not show OAD services unless restart Bluetooth on iOS device manually.

My customer complains that experience is not good. Any suggestions that can avoid this?
