TPIC6273 output voltage tolerance scope

As title. we have use TPIC6273.

We saw there are over/under shoot on waveform.

We would like to know does TPIC6273 have define TPIC6273 output voltage tolerance scope

As i know usually is 5%. Could you help double confirm it??
