I tried downloading this several times and when I run the instaspinuniversalgui_v105.exe program, Bitdefender reports:

The process D:\Libs\Downloads\instaspinuniversalgui_v105.exe manifests ransomware behavior and was blocked. Your files have been protected from being altered.
I can't install it without disabling Bitdefender, and I'm not willing to risk my production PC by doing that.
I have attached a screenshot of the message from Bitdefender.
Has anyone else seen such a warning?
