CCS: Moving CCS to a different directory and problems with 'C:\ti\zips'

I have installed all TI contents to a non-default directory, into 'C:\Sw\ti'. All components work correctly, but 'C:\ti\zips' keeps showing up, unpopulated. Who is causing this, can it be stopped?
