I have a question about two variants of TMS320C6455. GTZ and CTZ packages are drawed in datasheet. Outlines and pin numbers of these packages are the same. But there is one difference between devices in "MSL Peak Temp" column: for TMS320C6455GTZA - Level-4-220C-72 HR, and for TMS320C6455CTZA - Level-4-245C-72HR. If i understand correctly, there is a diference only in soldering temperature. The main question is: can these two parts be pin-to-pin replacements for each to other? Or there are some problems that may prevent it?
