Voltage Input - Voltage/Current Output Transmitter Design Reference

Hello there.

   I hope you are doing well.

  I have one sensor which gives random output between 0.5v DC to 4.5v DC. And i want to convert that whole range to 0 to 1v DC. Kind of mapping of the 0.5-4.5v to 0-1v DC.

  If possible then i also want both output (Voltage 0-1v DC and Current (4-20ma).

 Can you please suggest or direct me towards the reference design available or suggest some good IC to look at first.
