AWR1642: How to add metaheader to project

Hi 

I am developing a bootloader similar to mss_sbl.

so external flash will contain SBL,new bootloader and application.New bootloader will flash application.

When there is any new application update request,SBL has to load new bootloader to RAM area 

and execute it.

So i would like to know following details:

1.How meta header can be added to my new bootloader after my compilation

2.Is it must that RPRC image need to added to final output file for mss_sbl to copy

new bootloader from Sflash to RAM area

3.How can i add start address of new bootloader  to the vector table of aw1642
