Part Number: TLV271
Hello there,
Our supplier used a TLV271 at one of the ouput stages of their board. They applied 0-15V to the supply pins of the op-amp. Its non-inverting input was connected to one of ouputs of a DAC. The max output voltage of the DAC is 4.096V. The gain of the op-amp is fixed to 2.5. The op-amp output was connected a pin of a DB25 connector through a series resistor of 220 ohm.
We connected the output pin on the DB25 connector to a 15K resistor (the op-amp input stage of our board) through a 5m cable. When we turned on and turned off our board, the op-amp on our supplier board was latched up. The output of the op-amp from our supplier board was always below 2.7V regardless of what we did. We tried another supplier board and the output of the op-amp was always below 7.3V. Please tell me if this is the typical problem of this device or it is the usage problem by our supplier. If the later, please advise me why.
