BQ4050EVM-561: Cannot Read remaining capacity using BQstudio

Part Number: BQ4050EVM-561

I tried using BQstudio and EV2400 to read battery capacity of different batteries, but it always shows that the capacity is zero. It reads the voltage and temperature totally fine tho.

I tried 7 different batteries.
