CCS/TMS320F28027: Interrupt from a GPIO

Hello, 

I work on a TMS320F28027 with the interrupt.  In fact , when I push a push button ( GPIO6) I want to generate a interruption. 

My question is , which register allows to associate an interrupt with a GPIO ? 

When I read the datasheet, I think it's the GPIOXINTnSEL. But it's not the PIE register ?  

An other question, Inside an interrupt fonction, it's possible to make a ''Delay_US'' ?

Aslo, can I read a value of timer's counter inside an interrupt fonction from an other timers ?
