IWR6843: Reading via Serial with Python

Hi,

I am trying to use Python to start the IWR6843 without using the mmwave visualizer. I have the code for IWR1443 and it works well. But when I put it into the IWR6843, it goes wrong. 

For IWR1443:

For IWR6843:

and the light is not lit
