Hi,
I am trying to synchronize EPWM1 (Configured on CPU1) and EPWM2 (Configured on CPU2). As discussed in the related post in which Kris instructed how to configure Global Time base clock register (GTBCLKSYNC) on 2 CPUs. I have done it the same way as shown in the image below but there is still some random phase shift between EPWM1 and EPWM2 Outputs (Image attached). Please guide accordingly
