Announcing the release of the 5.1.0B1 TI ARM Code Generation Tools

We are pleased to announce the release of the 5.1.0B1 TI ARM Code Generation Tools. The major features in this release are:

1. Linker-generated ECC
2. New C language features
3. Improved IEEE-754 conformance
4. Improved control of size/speed tradeoffs
5. Performance improvements for Cortex-M4 and Cortex-R4F
