RF430FRL152H: Reading memory data without using the TI app

Hi

I am currently reading the data in a RF430FRL152H patch using a ISO15693 compatible reader. I am able to read all the 243 blocks with 8 bytes data each using the reader. However they are constant every time I read the sensor patch even under varying conditions. Also I wanted to know which block actually stores the sensor information.
