CCS/LAUNCHXL-CC1310: Flash with XDS110 Probe fails (Error -6311) PRSC module failed to write to a register.

I can program and debug the CC1310 LaunchPad with the on-board XDS110 emulator.

When I program it with the TI XDS110 Debug Probe, flashing errors with error:
Failed to retrieve the Wait in Reset Mode: (Error -6311) PRSC module failed to write to a register. (Emulation package 8.2.0.00004)

I tried to provide power to the controller via probe and external (setting the jumpers on the LaunchPad accordingly).

The Probe works in general. I tested it on TI Hercules and CC2650 controllers. For this LaunchPad, I can use it to talk to the ARM with SmartRF Studio. The test of the debugger in CCS works too:

The JTAG DR Integrity scan-test has succeeded.
