OPA365: The Vos typ and max specifications listed in the table on page 5 of the datasheet don't match the histogram data on page 7. What gives?

As stated in the thread title, it appears that there is contention between the Vos specifications in the tables and the histogram figure. I'm confused about how Vos typ and max are determined. Also, I don't know what to expect from actual parts given the disparity in the datasheet information.
