Part Number: BQ34110
Hello,
A system is designed based on the BQ34110 gauge in order to acquire the voltage, current and remained capacity of a external LiFePO4 battery.
Per requirement, the user can connect/disconnect the battery anytime, which means the BQ34110 will be power off.
Assuming the calibration, setting and GPC profile is performed already, is this approach valid in order to get an accurate value of the remained capacity once the battery is connected?
Considering this application, which gauge type is considered more convenient: CEDV or IT?
Thanks
