TMS320F280049: Programming OTP through a .out file in F280049: Where to get supporting CMD file and ASM

Hi expert,

blinky_with_dcsm_cpu01 example in F28377D is a good example teaching us to program an OTP using a CCS project. It contains key files like DCSM_Z1_ZoneSelectBlock.asm, DCSM_Z2_ZoneSelectBlock.asm and 2837xD_dcsm_lnk_cpu1.cmd. 

I wondering how can I get these things for F280049?
