TAS5720A-Q1EVM: Schematic and PCB Layout for Eval Module

Hello,

I'm looking to find out whether the schematic and pcb layout is available for the TAS5720A-Q1EVM. Everything I'm finding is pointing to the generic TAS5760xxEVM user guide but I'm looking specifically for the TAS5720A-Q1EVM eval module that's pictured on this page http://www.ti.com/tool/TAS5720A-Q1EVM. 

I'm doing some rapid prototyping and need a proven PCB layout to start with.
