I would like to confirm the leak current of FET's for TLC6C598-Q1.
The condition is;
Vcc=0V, Drain voltage=12V, temperature range -40 to 95 degreeC
(This IC is off and the battery connects drains of TLC6C598-Q1)
If you have it, could you please give the data to me?
If you don't have it, could you please simulate the current with this condition?
The end maker requests the low consumption current for the total to the custmer. So, the customer wants
this data (the leak current of the FET's).
