I 
VDDS is 3.3V and XTAL works fine.
I have 2 same board. They all report SC_ERR_SCAN_POLL_BUSY when I test connection in CCS8 using XDS100v3.
I also check my XDS100v3. It works when connect to other boards like CC2541 or CC3200. So it's problem of my new CC2640R2F board.
I have checked similar questions in forums but still can't solve it. Stuck here several days need your help thanks.
